Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unopened
  • Item must be in original packaging and condition

Approved change of mind returns will receive a 75% refund of the purchase price.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a 100% refund or replacement.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Refund Processing

Refunds may take up to 10 business days once approved, however in most cases they are processed within a few business days.

Refunds are only issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified by our team.
